InboxFold is an Android app for busy parents. It reads the school and activity emails in your Gmail and turns them into one short list: what to do, what to bring, and when.

How it works
- Sign in with Google and allow InboxFold to read your Gmail. The access is read-only: InboxFold cannot send, change, move or delete your email.
- First-time setup searches the last 90 days of your Gmail for emails from known school services, emails with school and activity words, and emails from the schools it finds. It reads those to find your children's schools, teachers and activities. You check what it found and correct it.
- InboxFold keeps checking for new emails from your school senders and words. You can see and change this list. Checks run even when the app is closed, until 14 days after you last open it. Removing the app does not stop them; deleting your account does. New and changed items show up in your list, and you can get a notification.
- Every item links to its emails, so you can always check the original.
InboxFold uses AI (Google's Gemini) to read the emails. AI can make mistakes, so check the original email for anything important.
Who it is for
Parents and guardians in the United States, aged 18 or over, who have an Android phone and get their children's school emails in Gmail.
Your privacy
- Read-only Gmail access.
- No ads, no third-party analytics or advertising tools, and we do not sell your data.
- We keep what InboxFold finds and each email's sender, subject and date, not copies of your emails. Email text is stored only for a short time during first-time setup.
- We do not use your Gmail data to train AI models.
- Delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by email.
InboxFold's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
